• Credit Cards Accepted: Visa or MasterCard.
• On receipt of payment your order will be dispatched within 2 working days if the item(s) are in stock.
• Please pay particular attention to our catalogue descriptions especially in respect to condition. We are happy to provide more details on request.
• Full refund if the item(s) is/are not as described or the customer is not satisfied with the item(s) purchased.
• If you wish to return an item(s) please notify us within three days of receipt of goods.  Refunds processed on receipt of returned item(s).
• All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

Shipping

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We can arrange FedEx shipping please contact us if you would prefer this method of postage.
