Cliff Wright provided artwork for the second and third titles in the Harry Potter series of books.

Harry Potter and Hermione Granger riding the back of ‘Buckbeak’ the Hippogriff would become the arresting image of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Wright said at the time, ” I am happier with the finished cover for the Prisoner of Azkaban. The first cover I did, for the second book (Chamber of Secrets) is not as exciting as the third book’s cover.”
