First edition with Hudson’s illustrations and the Centenary edition of Carroll’s birth. Gwynedd Hudson’s illustrations evoke a magical world of fancy for Carroll’s classic work. Though Hudson did not stray far from the original vision of John Tenniel’s drawings, she perhaps instilled her work with a more lively spirit.
