The case was brought by the widow of Dylan Thomas and centered around the ownership of the manuscript of Thomas’ most famous work – ‘Under Milk Wood.’ The manuscript was lost by the author when out drinking prior to his trip to New York and he gifted it to Douglas Cleverdon if he could find in which pub he had left it.
